Any interactions through the Website do not create a therapist-client relationship. Therapy services are provided separately, in person or via secure telehealth platforms, and are governed by separate agreements and applicable laws, including HIPAA.

For speaking engagements: Bookings are subject to our availability, fees, and any additional terms provided at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events for any reason, with notice where possible.

Payments for Services are processed through third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection based on venue or inconvenient forum.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Website or Services must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.

Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Website and Services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether oral or written.
