Therapy with Kimberley

Kimberley seated on a gray upholstered armchair against a light gray background. She has shoulder-length, dark brown curly hair and is wearing a fitted black short-sleeve top and black pants. Kimberley is smiling gently, with her head slightly tilted, resting her chin on her right hand while her left hand rests on her lap. Her posture is relaxed, warm, and approachable, with soft, even lighting.

Many people arrive at therapy when familiar ways of coping or moving through life begin to feel unsustainable.

In my work as a licensed therapist with over two decades of experience, I support individuals navigating grief and loss, burnout, major life transitions, identity shifts, and periods of disconnection.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and trauma-informed, grounded in empathy and curiosity. Together, we look at patterns that no longer serve you, build greater self-awareness, and connect insight to action in ways that feel realistic and sustainable.

My work is shaped not only by clinical training, but also by personal experience. Living with vision loss has deepened my respect for what it takes to adapt to change, especially when that change is not chosen. In therapy, this perspective allows me to attune to what is often unspoken, helping clients make sense of their inner experience and move toward greater clarity, self-compassion, and connection.

Whenever you are ready, it would be an honor to do this work alongside you.
